Shipping, Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Eco-Luxury (operated by Curtoni LLC). We want you to be happy with your order. Please read our shipping, return, and refund policy carefully before purchasing.
Shipping
We ship internationally from our fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, high order volume, supplier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
For US customers: in line with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we will ship within the timeframe stated, or within 30 days if no timeframe is stated. If we cannot meet the shipping timeframe, we will notify you and offer the option to consent to a delay or cancel for a full refund.
For EU/EEA customers: estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and we aim to deliver within 30 days unless a longer timeframe is agreed at the time of purchase, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In its original condition
- With original tags and packaging attached, where applicable
- Free from stains, odours, damage, pet hair, makeup marks, deodorant marks, or signs of wear
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
To start a return, please email us at info@0plastic.net with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Please do not send your item back before your return has been approved.
EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. This right is in addition to the 30-day return window described above. To exercise this right, send an unambiguous statement to info@0plastic.net within 14 days of delivery and return the goods within 14 days after that.
Certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16 of the Directive, including sealed hygiene-sensitive goods that have been unsealed after delivery, custom or personalised items, and goods made to your specifications.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method in the original currency of purchase (USD, EUR, GBP, or CHF, depending on your region). Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. Currency-conversion differences applied by your bank are outside our control.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour when stock is available.
To request an exchange, contact us at info@0plastic.net within 30 days of delivery.
If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@0plastic.net with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised items
- Worn, washed, used, stained, or damaged items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. earrings, hair accessories, headwear, intimate accessories, unsealed personal-care goods)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after approval, please first check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times can vary.
