We try to display product colours, images, descriptions, sizing, materials, and availability as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product images, colours, grain patterns, or details will appear exactly the same on every device or screen. Natural materials (wood, bamboo, wool) carry unique variations that are part of the product.

Sizing for clothing and accessories may vary depending on style, manufacturer, fabric, and fit. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and product description before ordering.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, payment issues, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Where applicable, prices include or exclude VAT according to your region; VAT and any duties or import fees are shown or noted at checkout.

We may change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for your order in the chosen currency. Currency-conversion fees applied by your bank or card issuer are outside our control.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, high order volume, supplier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

For US online orders, we comply with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule: we ship within the advertised timeframe, or within 30 days if no timeframe is stated. If shipping is delayed, we will seek your consent to the delay or refund you.
